Each weathered book represents a personal story, revealing universal themes of happiness, sadness, fear, or anger. Despite the broken walls and roof, the towering shelves and open sky symbolize resilience and the enduring power of shared knowledge. The Prairie of Possibilities exists in the same mythic universe. Step into this liminal landscape and meet The Entity—a light-based being who listens, transforms, and reflects what she learns from your presence. 🌑

To raise money for our new project, the Moonlight Library, we are bringing back our beloved Prairie of Possibilities for a limited run at the Loom in Oakland, and we are pleased to offer two different ways to experience it!

Enjoy the Prairie of Possibilities as it was originally hosted at Burning Man, visit us on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday with limited, time-gated entry to ensure the best possible experience. This may be one of your last chances to explore this piece that has been consistently described as a favorite installation ever experienced at Burning Man! With nearly an hour of tightly choreographed music and animation this is an experience that rivals any immersive event you’ve ever attended.

Or, to enjoy the Prairie in a whole new way, join us on Saturday night for a joyful, up-tempo party in which we will be hosting guests in the Prairie with a lineup of top DJs. Dance your ass off in and among the glowing prairie grasses as they react to and enhance the music.
